Arne Eliasson serves as a Psychiatry Resident Physician with the United States Army at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Cavazos, Texas, marking a distinguished chapter in his ongoing academic and professional journey. Raised in a disciplined, education-focused environment, he completed his early education at Springbrook High School in 2006, where he led as captain of the Cross Country and Swim teams and actively participated in community service through his local church.

Following his high school education, he attended Montgomery College, where he participated in the Montgomery Scholars Program. This scholarship facilitated studies abroad at Cambridge University and a scholarly tour in China. His academic pursuits then led him to Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, focusing on Latin American Studies in 2010.

Professionally, he began as a bicycle messenger, later establishing Epic Couriers LLC in Baltimore, a venture he eventually sold but which continues to operate. His commitment to community service guided him to volunteer and subsequently work as a Patient Care Coordinator at the Shepherd's Clinic for the Uninsured in Baltimore until his acceptance into medical school in 2018.

He embarked on his medical career at Goucher College, taking prerequisite courses before being accepted into the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, Maryland. He was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army in 2018, initiating his specialized training that included rotations at several prominent Military Treatment Facilities and leadership roles during his tenure at USUHS.

Graduating from USUHS in 2022, he was selected for the Carl R. Darnall Army Psychiatry Residency program, further underscoring his commitment to both military and medical service. His professional accolades include significant scholarly contributions to medical research, with publications and presentations at esteemed conferences, such as the American Psychiatric Association meeting.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Arne H. Eliasson enjoys a fulfilling personal life, married to a fellow physician with whom he welcomed a child in June 2024. They reside in the Texas hill country, enjoying activities such as hiking, cycling, and participating in Renaissance festivals. His interest in outdoor adventures is complemented by his enjoyment of tabletop games and culinary pursuits, particularly fermenting and pickling a variety of foods.
